Ginseng root, Codonopsis root , Atractylodes, Poria, Licorice root, Citrus peel, Pinella.
How To Use
Soak in a gallon of water for 20 minutes, then boil for 20 minutes. Strain tea and refrigerate for up 2 weeks. Drink 8 oz cup with each meal 3 times a day.
