The eyes are the orifice of the Liver, but this does not indicate that all eye problems are related to the Liver. But rather, other organs nourish the eyes and if they are imbalance it can affect the eyes, too. Such as the Heart, Kidneys, and the Gallbladder, however, here we want to mention here how the imbalance of the Liver affect the eyes, especially Liver-Fire which is mainly caused by anger and it's division, resentment, frustration, or unsettled emotional problems. In addition, it is also compounded by excessive consumption of hot and greasy foods, that tend to create heat.
