Directions: First soak the herbal decoction in 2-3 gallons of water for 20 minutes. Next boil the herbs for 17 minutes, then add the Mint and Japanese Catnip and let it boil with the rest of the herbs for three minutes, afterward, strain and drink one cup with each meal.
